Attention! The shelf life of the parcel by mail is 5 working days (at the end of the period, the package is sent back without warning).

 

You can track the status of the order using the "New Mail" service on the company's website.

If the need arises, we can arrange for the parcel to be redirected from one Nova Poshta branch to another. This service of New Post is paid additionally.

Pay attention! The order is stored in the warehouse of the transport company for no more than 4 working days. Then it is sent back to the warehouse. All costs related to the return of the order, if you forgot to pick it up, are paid additionally.

Please be sure to check the package when you receive it at the "New Post" branch. In the event that you notice damage to the parcel or lack of any items, you can refuse the parcel by drawing up an appropriate document with a representative of the "Nova Poshta" company. Please keep one copy, the representative of the carrier company will take the second.

Ukrposhta

International delivery

International Delivery is made by Ukrposhta

  • Delivery: 2-4 weeks (depends on Ukrposhta)
  • Prepaid 100% taking into account the cost of delivery.
  • After ordering:
  1. A Viber/Telegram manager will contact you.
  2. If your order is paid, the manager checks the order and the delivery address and the order is sent.
  3. If your order has not been paid, the manager issues an invoice and after payment the order is sent.
  4. After sending the goods, you will be given a tracking number, which you can use to track the parcel.

If you find a manufacturing defect or the goods were damaged during transportation, you can issue a return within 14 days from the date of purchase.

For this:

  1. Call the manager +38 050-631-23-83.
  2. Tell us about the problem and take a photo of the problem and send the photo to viber or email.
  3. After approval by the manager, if you have a check or invoice, you will receive the money back.

Funds are returned to you in full if the following conditions are met:

  1. It has been less than 14 calendar days since the item was purchased.
  2. The packaging or warranty seal is intact.
  3. You have saved an invoice or receipt.
  4. The product has not been used and is not damaged in appearance (no chips, scratches, abrasions).< /li>
  5. The product is not included in the list of goods not subject to return and exchange, according to the Decree of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 of March 19, 1994 year (in the current version). 

Violation of any of these points leaves the RichHills store administration the right to refuse to return or exchange goods to the client.

Attention! When receiving an order, always carefully inspect the purchase in the presence of our courier, an employee of Nova Poshta or at the pickup point. You can always inspect the product and refuse if it does not suit you!

Complaints about appearance, lack of components, etc. are accepted only at the time of delivery by courier or receipt of goods at Nova Poshta or pickup point.

 

If you accepted the order, released the courier, left the post office or pickup point, this means that the purchased product fully corresponds to your order.

After that, any claims regarding the appearance and components are NOT ACCEPTED!
